Phase North

Harworth are currently carrying out community consultation in relation to an upcoming planning application Phase North which comprises the parcel of land to the south of Chorley Road and the east of Dicconson Lane. It will be a hybrid planning application seeking full consent for access and earthworks and outline consent for the employment building(s) themselves. Harworth are intending to submit this application in October 2026.

Phase 1 Unit 6

Harworth are intending on submitting a reserved matters application for Unit 6 in October 2026, which will provide details of access, layout, landscaping, appearance and scale for this unit. We are currently carrying out community consultation on this upcoming application.

Phase North West

Following Phase North, the next planning application is intended to be Phase North West, which comprises the south western parcel of the site, to the east of Dicconson Lane. Harworth are intending on submitting a full application on this site in spring 2027 with community consultation intended to take place at the time.
